The South African Democratic Teachers Union (SADTU) has warned the government over their demands.

The union says should their memorandum of demands being handed over to the KwaZulu Natal office are not met they will escalate their demonstrations.

SADTU is leading a March in Durban Central this afternoon over several issues faced by the education sector in the province.

They are expecting to meet with the officials from the department and provincial government to receive their demands.
