Al-Wahda part ways with Pitso Mosimane

United Arab Emirates Pro League team Al-Wahda have parted ways with South African coach Pitso Mosimane by mutual consent, the club confirmed in a statement released on Friday afternoon. Mosimane was just four months into his tenure after joining from Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli Saudi FC, and had a bag of mixed results in the current season. The Club announced that Mosimane will be replaced by Duth coach Arno Buitenweg. Overall Pitso coached ten matches and recorded six wins with four defeats.

“Al-Wahda terminates its contract with Pitso Mosimane by mutual consent Al Wahda Football Club Company announces that it has reached an agreement with South African technical director Pitso Mosimane to terminate the contract by mutual consent between the two parties. The management of Al Wahda Football Club Company decided to appoint Mr. Arno Buitenweg as coach of the first team during the coming period, wishing him success.”
