The ANC has clarified that there is certainty regarding the policy platform of the national unity government, which was unanimously agreed upon by all political parties that signed the statement of intent.

This clarification follows the breakdown of talks in Gauteng, where negotiations between the DA and ANC collapsed at the last minute.

Acting ANC national spokesperson, Zuko Godlimpi, emphasised that all current government policies remain in effect without exception.
