Democratic Alliance (DA) leader, John Steenhuissen, says they are going to be lodging a contempt of court application after the African National Congress (ANC) failed to provide them with crucial information they needed from the Cadre Deployment documents.

The documents were handed to the DA following the Constitutional Court dismissal of the ANC’s appeal to keep the internal party documents sealed.

Steenhuissen has been briefing the media on their next step after receiving the ANC’s cadre deployment documents.

He speaks of the failure of the ANC to submit the relevant documents they requested.
