Deodorant Nivea Black and White – COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Before you enter the competition please read the competition rules below:
2. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
3. Participants/listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition.
4. The “Deodorant Nivea Black and White” Competition is brought to you by Nivea and Gagasi FM. The competition starts at 00:00 on Friday, 25 September 2026, and ends at 23:59 on Friday, 2October 2026, on Gagasi FM.
5. The competition will be played on Gagasi FM Mid-Mornings between 09h00 – 12h00.
6. To enter the competition, Entrants must WhatsApp “NIVEA” to 066 050 6830, answer a series of questions including a question about the new fragrances, and tell us about the moment you’re about to own. (It could be a big night out, your next personal best, stepping on stage, starting something new – or simply doing something that’s 100%).

• Each day of the competition, Nivea will choose a winner from the entrants. The presenters will call the winning entrant on-air and chat to them about the “moment that they’re about to own”.

8. The selected winner will receive a NIVEA Black & White Deodorant hamper for sharing a special or memorable upcoming occasion or milestone they are looking forward to, referred to as their “moment they’re about to own.”

• The NIVEA Black & White Deodorant Scent Wheel will feature sensory characteristics associated with the two new fragrances. Epic Night for Him is associated with Cool, Crisp, Woody, Warm and Earthy. While Authentic for Her is associated with Floral, Fruity, Fresh, Soft, Rose and Citrus.

10.  The winner will have the opportunity to win up to R5000 by spinning the NIVEA Black & White Deodorant Scent Wheel. The presenter will spin the wheel three times and after each spin, the presenter will announce the characteristic the wheel lands on. The entrant must identify whether the characteristic belongs to Epic Night for Him or Authentic for Her. Each correct answer wins R1500. If the entrant gets all 3 spins correct – they win a total of R5000.
11. Prize: NIVEA Black & White Deodorant hamper which includes a male and female Black & White products, Toiletry bag, gold bangle and scarf. A chance to win up to R5000 by spinning the NIVEA Black & White Deodorant Scent Wheel.
12. Winners will be notified telephonically, and the judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Prize is not transferable to another person.
14. Winners are to provide Gagasi FM with a copy of their bar-coded Identity Document, and banking details sent to the station via e-mail.
15. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
16. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
17. Entries that contain errors will be invalid.
18. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
19. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
20. You will be disqualified if:
    • You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
    • You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months.
