2. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
3. Participants/listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk. Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competitions.
4. The Gagasi FM Beach Fest 2025 Online Competition is brought to you by Gagasi FM. The campaign starts on the 30th of November 2025 till the 4th of December 2025. To enter, listeners are required to answer the question asked in the image/photo/creative that has been uploaded to the Facebook post. The first two people/individuals who answer correctly will win 2x General Access tickets to the Gagasi FM Beach Fest 2023.
5. Prize: 2 General Access tickets to the Gagasi FM Beach Fest, taking place on the 6th of December 2025 at People’s Park, Moses Mabhida Stadium.
6. Winners will be contacted directly on Facebook, and they will be awarded with their tickets on Thursday, 4th December 2025 (after verification). Winners will be announced on Thursday, 6pm on Gagasi FM’s social media platforms.
7. The tickets are not transferable to another person.
8. Winners to provide Gagasi FM with their full names, correct Identity number and contact number.
9. Gagasi FM will accept no entries by post or any other form.
10. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
11. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
