GAGASI FM_KHOKHA MY BILLS COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:
2. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition.
4. The Khokha My Bills Competition is brought to you by Gagasi FM. The competition starts at 00:00 on Thursday, 22 January 2026 and ends at 23:59 on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 on Gagasi FM.

The Competition will be played on various Gagasi FM shows, including but not limited to, Uprising (6am – 9am), The Lift Off (9am-12pm), Midday Connexion (12pm – 3pm), The Fast Lane (15h00-18h00), Urban Top 40 (09h00 – 13h00), Umsindo Takeover (16h00-18h00), Urban Soul Radio (10h00-14h00), Gagasi Sunday Groove (14h00 – 18h00).

To enter the competition, entrants must send a clear screenshot/photo of their full bill (the screenshot/photo must include the Name of the debtor (person who owes money), debtor’s address, date of bill, reference number or invoice of bill, the company details of the comps sending the bill needs to be visible) as well as the EFT details for the company sending the bill and send it via the Gagasi FM App with the keyword #KhokhaMyBills.
7. On each competition day, the presenter will put the selected shortlisted entrants on air to award them with R3000 cash to assist them with their bill.

9. Prize: R3000 cash paid electronically (EFT) to the creditor
10. Winners will be notified telephonically, and the judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners are to provide Gagasi FM via email with a copy of their bar-coded Identity Document, and Banking details of company who sent the bill..
12. The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
13. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
14. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
15. Entries which contain errors will be invalid. The name that the winner uses on-air must match the name on the Identity Document.
16. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
17. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
18. You will be disqualified if:
    • You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
    • You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months.
