Provincial Police Spokesperson Robert Netshiunda says KwaZulu-Natal police are still hunting for the group of cop killers.

He says this after a Durban Police Officer was shot and killed yesterday near the Pavilion Shopping Centre.

It follows a robbery that took place inside the mall in a jewellery store where they then fired shots towards the officer.

Netshiunda adds that the suspects also robbed the security guards at the mall of their guns.
