Gagasi FM Football specialist Mike Makaab has responded to the terrible news of Stanley “Screamer” Tshabalala’s shooting after an invasion of the Orlando Pirates senior official’s home. The former Bafana Bafana coach said to be recovering after getting shot by burglars on Wednesday. The Tshabalala family has confirmed the matter is being dealt with by the Police and thanked the public for the messages of support during this tough period.
Makaab, who has worked with Bra Stan in various settings over the years, has offered his words of comfort and well wishes to the former Bafana Bafana coach.
“I reached out to Mpumi Khoza (Irvin Khoza’s son) at Orlando Pirates because I don’t like to bother the Chairman at times like this,” said Makaab.
“I just extended our best wishes for a full and speedy recovery for Bra Stan. We are praying for him, he is a strong man and we know that he will be fine”, Makaab added.
“These incidents highlight the lawlessness that pervades in our country and the lack of dealing with these sorts of things.”
