AmaZulu FC coach Pablo Martin believes the double header of the Carling Knockout quarterfinals at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday will place his team at a disadvantage as they will not be able to make proper use of the stadium as the home team. Usuthu will lock horns with Lamontville Golden Arrows in a highly anticipated KZN derby on Saturday evening. This match will be the second fixture of the double header scheduled for the day, with the early kick-off seeing Richards Bay FC hosting Orlando Pirates in the same venue.
The Spanish born tactician believes the double header will provide a clear disadvantage to his team, who are still not sure if they will be able to train at the Stadium in the day leading up to the match. AmaZulu are tenants at the Moses Mabhida Stadium, as they play all their home matches at the famous venue, and Pablo Martin believes his side will be limited from making full use of the stadium facilities ahead of the crucial match against Arrows.
