Parliament To Heighten Security Measures

Parliament has taken swift action to strengthen security measures.
This is in response to the security lapses revealed in an investigative report on the 2022 fire in the National Assembly.
The secretary of Parliament, Xolile George, has announced that the process of appointing a dedicated head of Security, has officially started.
These developments come in the wake of revelations that security breaches played a pivotal role in the fire that engulfed parts of the National Assembly last year.
