The Festive Season is here, and the RAF is pleased to bring South African Road Users the incredible opportunity to learn more about Tyre Safety.
The RAF values all road users. We want to contribute to making your holiday and travel experiences more peaceful and meaningful.
Data from the Road Traffic Management Corporation’s (RTMC) State of Road Safety Report for the period January to December 2021 shows that 41% of crashes were due to a tyre burst, while smooth tyres resulted in a further 15% of crashes.
