The State has rejected Nandipha Magudumana’s claim that her lover and convicted murderer Thabo Bester, forced her into a car and took her to Tanzania against her will.

She appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court yesterday for her bail application.

Magudumana claims she is not a flight risk, and she can afford bail of R10 000.

State prosecutor Sello Matlhoko revealed that several fraud cases have since been opened against her for allegedly defrauding millions of rand from different companies.
