South African award- winning DJ, entrepreneur and reality star Ntombezinhle Mohosana, better known as DJ Zinhle, has once again addressed those on the internet who criticise her personal life.
It all started when the publication MDN News posted a video of the deejay embracing her eldest daughter, Kairo Forbes. They captioned the X (formerly Twitter) post, “‘You will never understand the pain in my heart when my child is crying because she’s missing her dad. God help us’, DJ Zinhle.”
In a now-deleted post, a social media user questioned why the deejay would film such a personal moment.
DJ Zinhle responded, “My baby. The people who wrote this article used a random video I had posted. What I said and this video were never linked until this article. I wasn’t comforting Kairo in this video. We were playing around at Vida. Stop doing too much.”
The Thula producer then shared that it is “insane” how far people on the app would go without knowing facts. “Most of the things that bother people on this platform are not even true. But then everyone is so righteous out here, blindly so.”
When asked by another social media user why she hasn’t deleted X, DJ Zinhle asked, “So if I delete [X] no 1 will ever talk about me on this platform? Why didn’t anyone tell me?”
The renowned DJ in August, was a trending topic after screenshots of her and Moozlie partying with Remy Martin ambassador and R&B legend Usher drew criticism online.
Some users on X (formerly known as Twitter) felt that Zinhle was a little too cosy with Usher and that her behaviour was inappropriate, considering that she’s married to dance music star Murdah Bongz.
Zinhle initially gave the opinions no airtime but when people started to label her as a woman in a video, where the unidentified female is seemingly at a concert holding her partner, kisses another behind his back, she didn’t let this one slide.
Zinhle responded to the tweet, laughing it all off, and reminding social media users that it was not her and that people need to find purpose instead of making her trend daily.
“Ay. You guys are desperate tjo! Please find purpose. 😂 that ain’t me but go ahead & make me trend. Ay nina 😂” she clapped back.
Listen, Kiro’s mother is definitely not the one, period!
