Born and raised in Durban, Minenhle Dlamini has played a pivotal role in transforming Gagasi FM into a modern media powerhouse—The Sound of KZN—with a firm footprint in both traditional radio and digital broadcasting spaces. Her visionary leadership and deep understanding of media dynamics have been central to the station’s upward trajectory in audience reach, brand loyalty, and cultural influence across the province and beyond.

Prior to assuming her current role as Managing Director, Dlamini built an impressive track record in executive and strategic roles within the station. Her earlier career included a notable stint at The South African Breweries, where she refined her expertise in operations, brand management, and corporate strategy.

She is also an alumna of the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), where she completed an advanced professional development programme between 2020 and 2021, further solidifying her credentials as a progressive and skilled executive.
