Minister Motshekga Says Load Shedding Won’t Disrupt Matric Exams

Basic Education Minister Angie Motskega says examination centers are well prepared for load shedding ahead of the National Senior Certificate exams.
This as Grade 12 learners are scheduled to kick off their National Senior Certificate Exams today.
Motshekga briefed the media ahead of the Matric Exams which begin today until the 6th of December.
There has been concerns raised by the education quality assurance body Umalusi about potential disruptions, including load-shedding, cheating, and community protests.
However, the Minister says it is all system-go for the class of 2023.
