Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa says South Africa is not out of the woods when it comes to load shedding.

He says though he continues to attempt doing away with power cuts, the country is still going to have load shedding.

Ramokgopa made this statement during an update briefing in Pretoria this morning on his action plan.

He says there is a lot of work that needs to be done at power stations such as Kusile for South Africa to have no load shedding.
