The show will be hosted by renowned journalist, academic, and broadcaster Siphumelele Zondi, and will premiere on Friday, September 26th at 16:00 on the Gagasi FM YouTube channel and app.
Designed to expand Gagasi FM’s digital footprint and bring greater depth to its news and current affairs offering, GAGASI NEWS WRAP will provide audiences with a trusted platform to engage with topical issues shaping KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and beyond.
Zondi brings a wealth of expertise and credibility to the role. He is a seasoned journalist with an impressive multimedia background, who has lectured at the Durban University of Technology (DUT), and contributed significantly to respected media outlets including SABC 3, CNBC Africa, and Channel Africa Radio. His diverse professional journey and academic grounding position him as a thought leader in delivering informed, contextual, and balanced analysis.
