Jacob Zuma Axes MK Party Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General, Appoints a New Leader.

MK Party leader Jacob Zuma has dismissed Secretary-General Arthur Zwane with immediate effect, citing misconduct.
Zuma has appointed former Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital Acting CEO Sifiso Maseko as the new Secretary-General.
Additionally, Chief of Staff and Deputy Secretary-General Thulani Shongwe have been removed from both roles and will now remain ordinary member. The reasons for Shongwe’s removal remain unclear.
MK Party spokesperson Phumlani Mfeka confirmed Zuma’s decision to News24 but did not provide details regarding the reasons for Zwane’s dismissal.
