One person has tragically died, and 60 others seriously injured following a road accident involving a truck transporting workers on the Hella Hella road just outside Pietermaritzburg.
Emergency services are currently at the scene.
Details regarding whether the deceased was among the truck’s passengers have not yet been confirmed.
