The Mkhonto Wesizwe Party is calling for the Constitutional Court to unseal President Cyril Ramaphosa’s CR17 bank statements and for the Independent Police Investigative Directorate to declassify the Phala Phala report.
The party’s national chairperson Nathi Nhleko says that South Africans deserve to know the full truth about Ramaphosa’s financial dealings and alleged misconduct at his Phala Phala farm in Limpopo.
Nhleko vows they will use all parliamentary and legal means to ensure accountability and justice.
“The so-called Government of Nationality Unity, a fragile elitist pact of political rejects has exposed the moral and intellectual bankruptcy who seek to govern without legitimacy. It is an arrangement bond, not of democratic will but of desperation to maintain the status quo,” says Nhleko.
