Political parties and other organisations have expressed mixed reactions to the decision by Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana to withdraw the proposed value-added tax increase of 0.5 percent.
Godongwana says the decision not to increase VAT came after consultations with various political parties and recommendations from the parliamentary committees.
