KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thamsanqa Ntuli is expected to deliver a keynote address at this year’s Annual Asset Class Summit, scheduled to take place in Durban in September.

The summit, founded by property and land development entrepreneur Simphiwe Kubheka, will bring together industry experts, financial institutions and business leaders to discuss opportunities within the property sector and solutions to challenges affecting the industry.

Among the speakers expected to participate is businessman and motivational speaker Vusi Thembekwayo, alongside representatives from banks, engineering firms and the conveyancing profession.

Organisers say the summit will focus on unlocking economic opportunities through property and land development, while also addressing issues such as illegal land occupation and property-related fraud.

Traders will also be given an opportunity to exhibit and market their products and services during the event.
