Democratic Alliance (DA) leader John Steenhuisen says efforts to establish a moonshot pact with various political parties are proceeding very well.
His statement comes as opposition parties will on Wednesday and Thursday hold a national convention in Johannesburg to discuss issues that will ensure that the ANC is knocked out of power
in the 2024 elections.
Parties that will participate in the convention include the DA, IFP, Freedom Front Plus, ActionSA, Independent South African National Civic Organisation, the United Independent Movement, as well as the Spectrum National Party.
Steenhuisen has urged South Africans to rally behind them to change the country’s political scale.
